Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below:
Returns for Store Credit
- Eligibility: Regular priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- Credit Type: We offer store credit only for returned items. We do not issue original payment refunds. Store credit expires 30 days from issuance date.
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).
- Quality Check: Items must be free of any odors, including but not limited to fragrance, perfume, or smoke. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these hygiene standards.
Final Sale Items
All sale items and items purchased during a promotional clearance event are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.
How to Start a Return
- Notification: Please contact us at info@twboutique.com or visit us in-store within the 7-day window to initiate your return.
- Shipping: For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Approved credits will be issued via email within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.
